Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) offers free collection events for unused and unwanted pesticides from agricultural and commercial applicators. To attend an event, a registration form must be completed and submitted. Please visit ODA’s website for more information:

Hazardous Waste Technical Assistance Program

Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) conducts free, non-regulatory technical assistance to help identify areas for improvement, while offering tools and resources for compliance, staff trainings and more with hazardous waste.

Also available online and in person are trainings of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) basics.
