Items known as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) are used often in all types of households. When they are no longer needed, please check with local care facilities, retirement centers, hospices, churches, or veteran associations to see if their patrons have a need. 

Due to liabilities, some non-profit organizations or local charities may not accept these items; other options are listed below (this list is not exclusive):

Accepts donations of new and gently used medical equipment and supplies.
