Yamhill County Chemical Dependency is the only Restricted Driver’s License (RDL) program in the county. Oregon law states only certain programs may recommend individuals for a restricted driver’s license “based on progress in treatment”. This means you must have participated adequately in treatment for a period of time before we will consider making such a recommendation.
An assessment is required if you have been out of a treatment program for more than six months. If you have completed a treatment program, documentation is required. Reduced fees are not available in the RDL Program, and fees are due at the time of services for all RDL sessions.
Our RDL specialized Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor can assist you with any questions you may have or additional information you need.
